訂房需知
Transferration

 

*築夢部落為青年旅舍，並非民宿！所有房型皆為公共衛浴設備
*Dreamer is a hostel; not a hotel ! What we offer here are  public shower rooms

 

*1.訂房時間為 9a.m.-9p.m.，請於訂房時間來電。電話：0960576897 ，line/wechat:vickylin0207

若來電確認訂房後，煩請於3日之內完成匯款(帳號如下)，並將以下基本資料傳訊至築夢部落的訂房專線line/wechat:vickylin0207或信箱: sidon5410@gmail.com

 

*Please make sure to transfer us the deposit within 3 days once you book the bed. 

 DREAMER has the right to cancel your booking from the 4th day on. (逾時則取消訂房，不另行通知。)

*使用此項匯款者，請向我們確認總金額後再行匯款。

*以總金額的50%為訂金，且不得低於500元！  Payment has to be half the total charge.  At least NT$500.

 

*匯款後請務必來信確認。否則視為無匯款，並取消訂房

*入住前 2日內，不得擅自減少入住人數，違者一律以原訂
   人數計算房價。
   2 days prior to your scheduled arrival, any changes are inable to be made.
  
*住宿時，煩請出示身分證明文件(如身分證、護照等)
   以便核對住客資料。
   Please prepare your ID cards/ passport while checking in.  
 *只收取新台幣，且不提供刷卡服務。
     No credit card service.  NT dollars only.

- 入住時間 15：00~21：00
- 退房時間 09：00~11：00
- 櫃檯開放時間 09：00~21：00
- 請事先與我們確認抵達時間並歡迎寄放行李
- 全館禁煙

取消入住規定 Cancelation Policiesf：

1.若於七日前取消入住，將扣除匯款手續費後退回剩餘金額。
    Cancellation made 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, 100% remittance back (excluded the transferration fee.) 
2.若於七日內取消入住，無法退款，將保留入住權利，
   為期半年，可另外擇期入住。
   Cancellation made within 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival, no remittance refundable.  However, FUQI offers to keep the bed for half an yaer from your original schuduled arrival on.  

3.若因颱風(依各縣市是否發布颱風假為準則)或水災地震等天災之不可抗拒因素導致無法入住，不限天數，將扣除匯款手續費後退回剩餘金額。
 Cancellation caused by any natural disasters (ex: flood, earthquakes, typhoon...etc.), 100% remittance back.(excluded the transferration fee.)
